Tell us about your ownership/management structure starting with yourself, and adding anyone who has an ownership percentage of at least 20% or is responsible for the finances of the organization. Each person that will need access to the GiveTech platform will need to be listed below, and they will each receive an email/sms with a link to complete their section of the application.
What type of donation activity do you expect from your donors and is considered normal for your organization? Base these answers on your current activity if available, they can always be adjusted as your organization grows.
